Ink type: Two-part reaction inks using an isocyanate hardener
Usage: Hard-coated acrylic, PC, PET, ABS, Stainless steel etc.
Finish: Semi-gloss with good leveling.
Drying time: Natural or thermal curing.
Sets to touch in 40minutes at room temperature(25¡æ); 20 minutes by thermal curing at 60-80¡æ
Hard dry in 4 days at room temperature(25¡æ), 60 minutes by thermal curing at 60-80¡æ
Mixing ratios: Main agent: Hardener =100:10
Use within the pot life 6-8 hours since the mixture will turn to gel or loss its designed physical properties.
Screen mesh: Use of Tetron or Nylon screens of 200-300 mesh / inch is recommended.
Diluents: Standard solvent: T-926
Slow dry solvent : T-927
Retarder : T-980
Wash-up: T-15
Notes: HAC-Hardener is very sensitive to humidity, so HAC inks should be used as soon as
possible after opening.
